Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Items purchased under clearance or special offers may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products after delivery

  • Products without original tags

  • Innerwear or customized products (if applicable)

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method or store credit (based on eligibility).

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
